Equipment supplied: cutlery, china, cooking and cleaning utensils etc, vacuum cleaner, electric kettle, iron/ironing board, duvets, pillows and linen

Parking space in private car park a few minutes walk.

Deposit of 25% of total rent is required on booking with the remainder payable four weeks prior to arrival if paying by cheque.

Particulars of the party are required when the deposit is sent, we regret that no other persons apart from those booked at the time of confirmation can be accommodated.

We ask you not to arrive before 2.30pm and request that you vacate the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure. This is necessary in order that the premises may be cleaned the booking will be held for 7 days until confirmation of the deposit is received.
